Couleur Caramel Eyeliner & Lipliner

This liner has a delicate texture that is pleasant to apply. The eyeliner intensifies the eyes whereby the lighter shades creates optically bigger eyes. The lipliner prevents lipsticks and lipgloss from bleeding. The liner contains organic beeswax, shea butter and bisabolol for their conditioning properties.
