Application: Massage a nut sized portion into towel dried hair once or twice a week after cleansing and leave on the hair for 5-10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. For split ends, massage directly onto the ends of the hair, do not rinse.

Tip: wrap the hair in a turban using a towel to soak up all the water. Avoid frantically rubbing the hair.
