Description
The Yoga Spirit herbal tea is the perfect beverage to enjoy after an intensive yoga class or meditation. Its fine tea blend is composed of fennel, lavender, hop cones and hemp. Namas tea!
Preparation:
- Add 1.5 teaspoons of Yoga Spirit to 250 ml of hot water (100 °C ) and let brew for about 5 - 7 minutes.
