Description
The powder is obtained from fenugreek seeds and contains saponins, mucilage, trigonelline, flavonoids, essential oils, lipids, proteins, manganese, silica, B vitamins, iron, calcium and phosphorus.
In cosmetics, fenugreek is used as an ingredient in facial masks, generally in combination with neem powder to treat seborrheic skin. It is also one of the most common herbs for strengthening the hair. Fenugreek is usually used in cases of severe hair loss, providing the hair with softness and silkiness.
Application
Hair:
- Mix the required powder with hot water until a homogeneous and spreadable paste is formed.
- Leave it to rest for at least 6-12 hours to give the cream a soft and gel-like texture.
- Apply generously to freshly washed, damp hair, cover with cling film and leave it on for 20-45 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly with water and dry as usual.
- Fenugreek mixes well with Bhringraj or Amla.
Face:
- Mix the required powder with hot water until a homogeneous and spreadable paste is formed.
- Apply to the face after cleansing and avoid the eye area.
- Leave it on for 10-15 minutes then rinse with lukewarm water.
- It is recommended to perform a patch test on the forearm before applying the product to the face.

The smell reminds me of fresh chopped fennel. It's a natural smell that you won't mind if you're used to spend a lot of time in contact with nature.
The effect is brilliant. I kept it on for an hour and rinsed it off before putting conditioner.
After drying the hair felt really stiff and rough but after a few hours ( the day after ) I guess it must have settled because my hair was left super soft and definitely stronger. Love this!
