The toothbrush is made from sustainable bamboo while the medium-hard bristles are based on castor oil. Thus, the whole product is vegan and helps save on waste. Once the toothbrush is no longer used, simply snap off the head and dispose of it in the household waste bin. The handle can be disposed of in the organic waste bin.

Perfect!
This toothbrush is totally biodegradable, including bristles and packaging is plastic free. But the brush itself has a head that is not too large or too small, the bristles are firm enough without being too soft or harsh on the gums. All members of the family, medium and small, liked it :) After trying so many brands, my search for biodegradable toothbrushes ends here.

In 2 weeks you will have to change it....
Since 2 years I only use bamboo brushes and due to the price I ordered this one. But me and my husband are not happy at all, as it gets very used too quick, quite bad quality

Excellent bamboo toothbrush
This might be the best bamboo toothbrush I tried so far. I've been using bamboo toothbrushes for a couple of years now and I've tried different ones. The last one I had seemed fine until I compared it to this one. The handle of Nyok is thinner and without sharp edges anywhere. It also has smaller head than previous brush I used and I like it better this way. The design is this toothbrush makes it easier to access some teeth without thick/sharp edges hurting my gums or mouth. I have a smaller jaw so it makes a big difference. The medium bristles are doing their job well also. On top of everything, it's vegan, with biodegradable packaging and part of profit is donated to a good cause. I love it!
