The Calm Balm is the perfect companion during stressful periods. The formula is ideal for use on dry and rough areas of the skin. Application:

• The balm is preferably massaged onto the pulse points (neck, wrists and temples).
• Apply to the palms of the hands then place the hands over the nose and inhale deeply. This can be done during stressful moments or before bed.
• Perfect for use on dry and reddened skin.
• The balm can be massaged on the muscles before or after yoga sessions.
