The tasty, caffeine-free tea blend composed of lady's mantle, red clover and rosebuds is ideal for women. An extra dose of lady's mantle helps to soothe the abdomen before and after menstrual cycles whilst balancing the body.

Contents:

• 40 g Lady Mix Organic Tea
• 25 g Lady's Mantle Base Tea

Preparation:

• Place 1 teaspoon of Lady Mix and 1 teaspoon of Lady's Mantle in the shuyao Teamaker or teapot with 360 ml of water.
• Adjust the ratio as needed.
• Boil the water and allow it to cool down for ca. 5 minutes.
• Pour the hot water (ca. 360 ml) on the loose tea leaves.
• Secure the lid.
• The tea remains in the infusion so that the leaves are able to unfold their flavour entirely.
• The tea can be infused multiple times a day - up to 5 times - without taking on a bitter flavour.
• Clean the Teamaker under running water on a daily basis after use. The Teamaker is dishwasher-friendly.
