It is also ideal for flavouring and cleaning rooms and brings a touch of natural freshness into the home.

Application:

Body: A few drops diluted in vegetable oil for massages or neck and back rubs. Especially ideal after sport.
Aroma bath: 5-10 drops in hot water for a relaxing and revitalising effect.
Tired feet & legs: Massage in a few drops.
Inhalations: Put a few drops on a handkerchief or in a vaporiser.
Scalp: Mix a few drops into shampoo.
Room fragrancing: Add 3-4 drops to a fragrance lamp or diffuser.
Natural cleaning: Add a few drops to neutral detergents.
Cupboard scenting: Put a few drops on a cotton wool ball and keep in drawers or in the car.
