The oil is made from organic Indian peppermint and is a wonderfully sweet oil with a refreshing mint aroma. It can help to clear the mind. This essential oil is highly recommended when travelling: mix with a light carrier oil (e.g. jojoba oil) to create a cooling moisturiser for itchy, hot or oily skin.

Directions for use:

Gently massage the oil onto the temples.
Blend with a moisturiser or a carrier oil to create a refreshing skincare product.
