Application:
- Aromatherapy: Pour 6-7 drops in a diffuser.
- Body: Only use on the body when mixed with a carrier oil (e.g. almond or sesame oil). Hydrating properties.

You can immediately feel quality and naturalness of this oil after opening. It helps with migraines and helps to fall asleep. Love this company and their oils. Will sure restock.
