Very moisturising, so-and-so smell

This cream is definitely very moisturising, but it's quite rich and takes a bit to absorb into the skin, leaving my hands greasy for a little while after the application. I won't repurchase because I don't like its smell- I cannot really describe it, but it reminds me of some medical ointment.
If you don't mind the smell, then definitely a good hand cream.
