Mild white tea from India is refined with fragrant elderflower and natural elderberry aromas - an ethereal, airy infusion that starts as a floral delight followed by the gentle aromas of white tea. A golden cup colour and a fresh spring fragrance complete this sensual drinking pleasure. Ideal for those who find green tea too bitter and black tea too strong.

Preparation:

  • Add 11 - 12 teaspoons of tea to 1 litre of water.
  • Steep in hot water (70°C) for 3 minutes.
