Application:

1. The herbal ingredients unfold their fragrances and active ingredients after only a few minutes.
2. Place approximately 50 g -100 g of the aroma bath under running, warm water and let the flowers, herbs and oils soak for a few minutes.
3. If you prefer not to have any flowers in the tub, simply fill the aroma bath into a cotton bag and place it in the bath water.
4. Recommended: water temperature: 35 - 38 ° C; bathing time: 25 - 30 minutes.
