Khadi® Herbal Hair Colour Mahogany, 100 g

Mahogany is the perfect balance between red and brown. The herbal hair colour conjures up an expressive red-brown tone with bright reflections. At the same time, the Ayurvedic plant mixture provides extra care, fullness and shine. The individual colour result depends on your initial hair colour thus the colour result can range from a velvety, earthy red to an intense dark reddish brown.

Application:

• Before use, cleanse the hair with a silicone-free shampoo, such as the khadi Amla Shampoo.
• Mix the khadi natural hair colour with water at a temperature of 80°C until it has a smooth consistency.
• Distribute this paste evenly through the hair with a brush: strand by strand – towards the ends. Do not apply the paste to the lengths and ends of the hair when touching up the roots.
• Leave it on for 60-120 minutes. The longer the exposure time, the more intense the colour outcome will be. If the hair was previously dyed with this shade and only a touch-up is needed, leave it on for 15-30 minutes.
• Rinse the hair with clear water after the exposure time. Please refrain from shampooing for 24-48 hours. The colour will unfold completely during this time frame.
• Use a khadi hair oil before the first wash with shampoo to set the colour pigments.
• Leave the oil on for at least 20 minutes then wash it out with a natural shampoo. This way the khadi nuance lasts longer.

Tip: For an even darker and cooler red, dye the hair twice.
