shuyao Create your Lady Mix Keep Cool Organic Tea

This tea is the ideal choice during menopause. A blend of lady's mantle and red clover relaxes the body from within. Rosebuds uplift the mood with their wonderful scent.

Content:

• 40 g Lady Mix Organic Tea
• 25 g Red Clove Base Tea

Preparation:

• Place 1 teaspoon of Lady Mix and 1 teaspoon of Lady's Mantle in the shuyao Teamaker or teapot with 360 ml of water.
• Adjust the ratio as needed.
• Boil the water and allow it to cool down for ca. 5 minutes.
• Pour the hot water (ca. 360 ml) on the loose tea leaves.
• Secure the lid.
• The tea remains in the infusion so that the leave are able to unfold their flavour entirely.
• The tea can be infused multiple times a day - up to 5 times - without taking on a bitter flavour.
• Clean the Teamaker under running water on a daily basis after use. Dishwasher-friendly.
