Description

Enjoy the finest rooibos tea, grown and matured under the South African sun in cultivated wild growth. Naturally free from pesticides and artificial fertilisers. The hand-processed rooibos tea is sieved, sorted and moistened several times and laid out in sheets for fermentation. The result is the characteristic red-brown colour and wonderful mild sweetness with a hint of caramel flavour.

Rooibos tea contains no caffeine and can therefore be enjoyed during pregnancy and at any time of the day or night. Rooibos is also a cooking/baking ingredient in South African cuisine.

Preparation:
Pour 1 litre of hot water (water temperature: 100°C) over 7 g or about 2 tablespoons of rooibos tea. Infusion time: 5 to 10 minutes.
