Berry Wax

Rhus Verniciflua Peel Wax, Rhus Verniciflua Peel Cera

This sap is obtained from fruits of the verniciflua rhus tree, which are cooked and filtered to make a wax. The wax is used to give a soft consistency and lipid regulating effects to cosmetic products, especially lipsticks, eye pencils and emulsions, as well as hair care products and in decorative cosmetics. It can also be used as a substitute for beeswax. It is, however, considerably lighter than beeswax.
