Description
In Chinese philosophy, yin and yan represent the perfect balance and harmony. A creamy tea creation that represents the coming together of Hong Kong's East and Western culture. The blend is enticing and creamy, complemented by a hint of caramel and a shot of espresso with a velvety finish for a refined flavour.
Preparation:
- Add 2.5 g of Yin Yang to 200 ml of hot water (100 ° C) and leave to brew for 5 minutes.

This tea tastes more like caramel than coffee. Taste is a bit weird and a bit bitter too, but if you're in the mood for it, it's good.
