Good foundation but...
Rated with 4 out of 5 stars.
I was so disappointed when I received this product. It was a mistake from my side, but from the photo it looked the foundation was in a tin, while it was in a plastic box. There is also a plastic insert in to control the quantity of foundation you use. It works really well with my complexion and it provides the coverage I want and that's why I'm so disappointed. Finally found a natural foundation that works with my skin and I unfortunately can't buy it again because it clashes with my principles. Would definitely buy again if it was in different packaging..

I've been using this foundation for years now. This is the only one that doesn't block my skin and keeps it looking healthy. My skin is quite smooth so I don't need heavy coverage etc. but is difficult to keep matte as it is combination of dry and oily. I would definitely recommend this foundation and also other EDM products too.

Nice mineral foundation
Rated with 3 out of 5 stars.
I have used several mineral foundations and am still yet to find my favourite. By far, Everyday Minerals' Jojoba is my favourite, since the shade selection fits me. The light shades are not too pinky like in several other foundations. It is also quite matte finish without being drying. It is not as full-coverage as wished it to be and it is difficult to layer without it becoming patchy.

Good. I had some doubts concerning nanoparticles (not mentioned in ingredients) so I contacted Everyday Minerals directly : they guarantee there are No nanoparticles of any kind in their cosmetics. The color I chose Rosy Light 2C is a bit too light, but it'll do in winter. It's smooth and soft, feels a bit too powdery at first (hence my worry about nanoparticles), however it stays on all day and doesn't make my skin break out. A bit difficult to shake out of the box into the lid. I recommend it.

Good

I've just started using the jojoba base which is Rosy light 2C. I was very surprised when I opened it and saw how light coloured it is. The first time I applied it I could hardly see any make up on my face. I'm a real ash blonde with cool undertones and it's always been difficult to find the "right" shade for my foundations, they were either too yellow or too dark. My face is pale most of the time and as I'm 62, I have dark spots and acne scars and lines. You name it, I have it! I ordered the jojoba base as a substitute for my Lily Lolo mineral foundations in the cold seasons, as the latter are a bit drying for my mature combination and sensitive skin. After a second application, I could see the jojoba base on my face, it does a good job of smoothing out, doesn't show dry patches on the cheeks and doesn't emphasize wrinkles. I still think it's a bit too pale but it should work when I lose what light tan I have. I am a bit disappointed, though, as I can't see any glow as advertised for the product. One thing I felt after wearing it for about an hour is my face felt a bit dusty not to say gritty. I also felt somewhat itchy at first and then it passed. I guess minerals are finely ground particles of earth, anyway. It makes me wonder if there are nanoparticles in the product, which isn't mentioned at all, even in the US site.. I like the fact that there isn't any zinc Oxide in it, though. All in all I'm satisfied with the jojoba base even if it's not as outstanding as advertised.

I dont reach for it
Rated with 3 out of 5 stars.
I think this is an okay product but the packaging makes it hard to use. I have difficulties getting enough product out. I prefer Lily Lolo and Uoga Uoga mineral foundations becuase I seem to have easier acces to powder inside and they seem to offer better coverage. I just have not been very impressed Everyday Minerals products.

Easy to layer but has small sparkles
Rated with 5 out of 5 stars.
The powder is very fine and easy to apply in thin layers, creating more coverage for the areas that actually need it. It doesn't cover acne spots or strong discoloration completely, so naturally this doesn't replace your concealer. It has glitter-like appearance when viewed in strong lighting or direct sunlight. Whether it is a good thing or a bad thing is up to your taste, I personally don't like it because I have uneven spotty skin. All in all it's great formulation, but I think the Everyday Minerals matte formula suits my skin type better.

Terrible effect on my skin
Rated with 1 out of 5 stars.
I’ve used different mineral foundations, but due to my combination skin with rosacea on the cheeks I needed something a bit more nourishing for the winter. Also, I don’t like Matt foundations as they tend to dull my skin and make my imperfections more visible. Unfortunately that’s the case for this product - it makes my skin patchy and uneven in the most demanding areas, it makes the redness and imperfections more visible and in general dulls the complexion and makes the skin opaque.
I had high expectations and I compromised on the plastic container hoping to find my ideal product, but I’m afraid I will not be able to use it on myself. I wouldn’t recommend it for people with my skin type.
