Before use: Apply oil or serum before use.

Application:

• Forehead: Stroke from the centre of the forehead to the ear for 2-3 minutes.
• Eyes: Stroke the smaller side over the eyelids to the ear and under the eyes to the ear for 2-3 minutes.
• For defined cheekbones: Use the large side and stroke from the lip to the ear and then from the tip of the chin along the bone to the ear.
• Jaw & neck: Stroke from the lower jaw across the cheeks to the upper jaw for 2-3 minutes, repeat from under jaw along the neck to the collarbone.

Tip: Place the Gua Sha in the refrigerator to chill it before use for an additional cooling effect.

Cleaning: After use, clean the Gua Sha with a gentle natural soap to remove residues of serum or oil.
