Description
The Fruit Pigmented Cream Foundation is 100% natural and contains colour pigments derived from fruits and vegetables. As the name suggests, it has a creamy and silk soft texture much like powder. Wet and dry application is possible: a dry application has a light and mattifying effect whereas applying the foundation with a wet sponge will give you a medium to high coverage with a powdery, matte finish.
Even, long-lasting coverage is obtained without clogging the pores.
Application: Apply to cleansed skin using your fingertips, a wet sponge or foundation brush, while pressing the foundation into the skin and blending. Add more layers for a high coverage effect.
Apply a day cream first if you have very dry skin.

Such a relief to find a foundation I can use!
I've not been able to wear foundation, concealer or highlighter for some years because of allergies to the usual ingredients like titanium dioxide and mica, so I was tentative about spending so much on a foundation I didn't know would work for me (especially as there are no samples available!). However it's been amazing - I don't react to it and I love it! I bought the palest colour - Alpine Rose - and use it as a concealer/highlighter under my eyes and around my nose and I love the way it brightens my face. I have no problem with it lasting, although I always make sure my skin is well moisturized anyway. A note to Ecco Verde: I'm sure you'd get more purchases if you created samples for customers to try before spending so much on an item that may be the wrong shade for them! I was just lucky that the shade I bought was right for me and also I didn't react to.

A good idea but..
I'm afraid I have to agree with the other review below. I'm just finishing my first pot of this cream foundation and I haven't found a way to make it stay put for more that a couple of hours. I have been applying it using a kabuki brush, as the beauty blender absorbs too much of the cream. It looks fantastic when on and has a mat enough finish to not need a powder afterwards. A couple of hours later though, all the product seems to concentrate in certain areas of my face, appearing horrible. After the suggestion of 100% Pure customer service, I did try to stabilise it with some powder but the result was just horrific and just intensified the fact that the foundation was not where it was supposed to be. All in all a big shame, as I did find my acne went down due to my not using chemicals on my face and I wanted to keep using this product.. I went through the whole pot trying to convince myself. But it doesn't work for me..
